Please be aware that all shipping is direct from the product company to you (the end customer). All orders received by 4:00 pm eastern standard time will be processed the same day. All products will be shipped directly to the indicated address in 24-48 hours. Due to the nature of our business, we charge a flat rate shipping charge based on the weight of your purchase. All purchases are shipped using ground transportation. IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF A FASTER SHIPPING SERVICE, PLEASE INDICATE SUCH IN THE COMMENTS FIELD OF YOUR ORDER. WE WILL CONTACT YOU THAT DAY (PRESUMING IT IS BEFORE 4:00 EST) TO EXPIDITE YOUR ORDER. We will provide you with order status, and shipping tracking numbers when available.
Please be advised that shipping rates are calculated based on shipping in the Continental United States. Yes, we will make arrangements to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and out of the country, but other shipping and or customs charges may apply. Please contact us and we would be happy to quote a shipping price to your location.
Returns:
We encourage you to try out your gear before you hit the trial. If any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund assuming the produce is in a condition that it can be resold. All returns or exchanges must be handled with in 30 days of purchase. We ask that you contact us for an RMA number, and we will handle everything from there. Once you obtain your RMA number, please include in the return:

Outdoor Premier Gear, LLC will not refund shipping costs, or pay for shipping on returns.
